Yes! There are 76 real, solid element samples carefully sealed inside the acrylic. For the gaseous elements like Oxygen, Helium, and Neon, we use clearly labeled fillers to represent them, since the actual gases can’t be included. You’re still getting a true hands-on look at the real layout of the periodic table.
What about the dangerous elements? Are they included?
Nope! All dangerous, radioactive, or unstable elements like Polonium, Astatine, Francium, Radon, and Plutonium are left out. Instead, we mark their spots with a small radioactive symbol, so it’s totally safe.
Is it safe to keep around kids or in a classroom?
Yes, totally safe! The elements included are already safe by themselves, and on top of that, they’re sealed inside tough, high-quality acrylic. That means there’s no direct contact, no risk, and it’s perfect for kids, students, teachers, or anyone who loves science or unique decor.
What is the base made of? Does it light up?
Yes! The base is made of real wood and has a built-in LED light that shines up through the table.When it's on, the elements glow and look even cooler on your desk or shelf.
Can you actually see the elements clearly?
Yes, absolutely. All elements are encased in crystal-clear acrylic, so you can view them from different angles with ease. When the base lights up, the elements look even more vivid and eye-catching. The table includes 83 elements in total. 76 are real, solid element samples, and 7 gaseous elements (like Oxygen and Neon) are represented with safe visual fillers. Dangerous radioactive elements are not included, and are instead marked with a radioactive symbol for accuracy and safety.
